Welcome to UsaChic🐇🐣 VTuber Commission!
Before requesting a commission, please read the terms and conditions below!I . Payment
-We only accept payment in USD using Paypal.-Payment is made 100% up front. After making payment, we will add it to the waiting list.-❌No refunds. But if we haven't started on the commission yet then you can have a refund ✅II. Commission
- Please prepare your brief/ model reference/ model sheet and discuss it with us first via Twitter. (You can contact one of us. For details; art/model @vaneun_art; for rigging/animation @KerichiLive2D)-We do not draw NSFW and Mecha.-The finished commission will be sent through Google Drive.-Please pay attention to the queue at the waiting list table. Work orders are sorted based on payment that comes first. You will also be informed via Twitter when the work will start.-To work on the Chibi VTuber art/model it takes approximately 10 days.
-If there is a revision, it would add 1-2 work days.
-If we feel the design is complicated it would take additional fee and additional working days.
-While the designer is doing the WIP, you could change your VTuber model design for 2 times (maximum). After that, we will enter the final art modeling.
-Please note: the final design of the VTuber model cannot be changed. If you want to change the design, there will be an additional fee and additional working days.-To work on the Chibi VTuber animation/rig it takes approximately 30 days.
-If there is a revision, it would add working days.
-If we feel the animation is complicated it would take additional fee and additional working days.
-Please note: the final animation/rig of the VTuber cannot be changed. If you want to add the animation, there will be an additional fee and additional working days.-There may be unexpected things in our life. Designers/creators will need time to rest and get back to work. This may take a day or several days, please do not rush if your commission deadline is not too close. We will try to keep you updated/inform you about work progress.-By making a commission, you agree to us (designer/creator) using the design as a small support in our portfolio 💖Thank You! We will wait for your order!
